How to Get Rid of House Gnats Naturally (and for good).
After we moved into our new house almost two years ago I went crazy buying new house plants to fill up the new large space. I was so excited and having a lot of fun buying plants, potting, and designing with them. At the time (and from inexperience) I didn't realize how important it the soil choice would be.
After a couple months of my new plants settling into their new home I started seeing these pesky little house gnats flying around - in my face, in my coffee in my windows and with a closer look, all over the soil in my plants! After doing a bit of research it turned out I used the wrong potting soil which was the culprit of my new enemy. Apparently, 'indoor/outdoor potting soil' isn't really good for indoor use.
